We wanted to start a blog about religions mainly to learn, but also to inform others. We wanted to answer some questions, but also try and get rid of some of the bigotry, ignorance, and all out right hate we had experienced. It is hard to ask questions of any religion, some see it as intrusive, others only try to push their beliefs on you. Some also seem to think that by asking questions you are saying you doubt their religion.
It is impossible to answer these questions without experiencing it ourselves. So we will go to different churches, talk to different people, read holy books, and what we can't find in real life, we will research. This is all our own point of view, we will try to be as unbiased as possible.
We don't ever mean to offend, but I'm sure that we sometimes will, especially Allie. We want to be honest and show kindness and consideration to all beliefs. Any slurs, bad words, or hateful language we use will just be to make a point, we don't mean it or believe it. We both share a pretty askew since of humor, so be warned.
